Welcome to the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled! 

"The Terms of Use" with the following provisions include requirements to make use of services rendered by our website www.bedd.org.tr, and by visiting or using our website, you explicitly agree, declare and commit that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with the Terms of Use, and that you will act in line with all the applicable laws, regulations and legislations regarding the Terms of Use and the website. The Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled shall reserve the right to amend the terms of use at any time, and such an amendment shall immediately enter into force as soon as it is released on the website. Please check this page of the website on a periodical and regular basis.

Provisions:

1- The content and software of the website are owned by the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled and/or its supplier(s), and safeguarded by the Turkish and international legislations on copyrights. The website pages feature legal warnings on copyrights and various promotional articles. It is forbidden to delete, remove or modify such warnings and articles. Please do not delete, remove or modify such warnings or promotional articles or additional information provided along with them.

2- You agree that you are entitled to visit and view this website only for personal use and acquire information from the website. You hereby agree that you will not use this website in any way, form or shape other than your personal use, copy, download, publish and modify any information/content/image on the website on any grounds, or create derivative works or disclose any of it to the public or distribute in any other way or make any of it subject to something illegal or unauthorized unless a permission in written is granted by the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled.

3- Visitors or users of the website shall carry out procedures on the website in line with the law. Users or visitors shall be held accountable in legal, punitive or other terms for any procedure and action taken within the body of the website. Users and visitors shall agree, declare and commit that they will not reproduce, copy, distribute and process any photo, text, visual and auditory image, video clip, file, database, catalogue and list on the website in a way to violate any intellectual or personal or other rights or assets of the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled and of any third parties, and that they will not be involved in any direct and/or indirect competition against the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled. the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled shall not be directly and/or indirectly held accountable for any damage suffered or to be suffered by third parties as a result of actions taken on the website by users and/or visitors in contrary to the terms of use and/or the law. Should any liability be leveled at the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled, respective users shall agree, declare and commit to immediately compensate for any loss suffered by the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled.

It is forbidden to use any robot, web or other automatic tools or manual processes in order to use the website in an unauthorized way or take an unauthorized action without the written permission of the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled.

You hereby agree not to make use of any tool, software or other hardware/equipment to intervene in or attempt to intervene in the operation of the website, and take any action that would place unreasonable or disproportionate burden on the infrastructure of the website.

It is forbidden to enframe or connect to the website in an unauthorized fashion or make unauthorized use of any robot, web or other automatic tools including all illegal and/or unauthorized use of the website, and the Association shall exercise due diligence, take every necessary measure and seek legal and administrative remedies in case of such use.

4- The rights and privileges of the users who use information and materials under the protection of copyrights in an unauthorized way shall be terminated. Users who put articles, images, stories, software or contents under the protection of copyrights shall make sure that what they upload on the website does not violate or breach any copyright or other right of third parties (such as the right to privacy or prohibition of exposure). If any copyright holder or his/her agent or any other third party notifies the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled of the fact that a user exploits the website as a means of violation or breach of a right, or a court order is issued for such violation or it is acknowledged by the respective user, or the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled somehow becomes suspicious of/concerned about such violence, the rights of the respective user to have access to the website shall be terminated.

5- The liability for the accuracy of information, contents, visual and auditory images provided and released by any third party and their compliance with the law/legislation shall lie with persons who take such actions and/or submit such contents to the website. The Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled shall not make a commitment and provide assurance for the accuracy of services/releases and contents submitted by third parties including users and their compliance with the law/legislation. You agree to compensate for any loss and damage suffered by any third party due to your unauthorized/illegal use of the website including for the purpose to link the website to another website or upload a content or other information on the website. Users shall agree, declare and commit to comply with applicable provisions of the legislation in force to use the website, be held accountable for any liability against the Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled and third parties due to their failure to comply with the applicable provisions regarding their own actions, and avoid making any claim on the Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled for such liability, and immediately compensate for any loss and damage to be leveled at Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled as a part of this article.

6- The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled shall not provide warranty and make a commitment for the website to be uninterrupted or defect-free or make sure that the use of the website or its contents or connection to the website would lead to certain results. In the same vein, the Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled shall not provide users with any explicit or implicit warranty and/or commitment for fitness for purpose, uninterrupted operation, updating, functionality, accuracy and infallibility as a part of the services rendered through the website. The website and its content are presented "as are". The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled shall not assure that files you download from the website do not contain any virus or anything contaminant or disruptive. The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled shall not assume any explicit or implicit warranty for the website including those related to its fit for purpose and commercial worth. The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled shall not be held accountable in any way, form and shape for any loss that results from the use of the website. The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled shall not provide any assurance about potential consequences of the use of the website or services rendered by the Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled.

7- The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled shall not held accountable for any action taken by third party users of the website, users of the Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled, publicists and/or sponsors, and for any of your action, negligence and behavior to use the website or services rendered by the Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled. The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled shall not be held accountable for any product, service, action or negligence linked or referred to the website by organizers, performers, agencies or other third parties.

8- Should any provision that limits the liability of the Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled be ruled to be contrary to legislation by a court, the provision in question shall be amended in accordance with the legislation in a way to minimize the liability, and the liability of the Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled shall be designated accordingly.

9- The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled shall reserve the right to alter, at any time, services and contents presented on the website, place a blog on the website, block the access of users and third parties to information and contents they upload on the website and remove them, as well. The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled may exercise this right without any prior notice.

10- The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled may give a link or refer to third parties and other websites and/or portals, files or contents owned and operated by third parties that are not under the control of the Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled. The placement of such links/references shall not mean that the Association supports the website or the person who operates the website or provides commitment or assurance of any kind for the website or the information it contains. The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled shall not be held accountable and/or liable for any portal, website, file and content accessed through links provided on the website as well as any service or product or its content presented by portals or websites accessed through such links.

11- The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled is entitled to temporarily suspend or entirely shut down any service/the website itself if deemed necessary.  The Solidarity Association of the Physically Disabled shall not be held accountable against users for the temporary suspension or complete shutdown of services.

12- By using the website, you consent and agree to the fact that any conflict regarding or concerning the website are subject to and settled by the laws of the Republic of Turkey regardless of conflict of laws. In addition, you also agree that the central courts in Istanbul are authorized governing jurisdiction.

13- Should you violate the Terms of Use, the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled may put an end to your use of the website, block you from access to the website in the future and/or seek legal remedies against you.
